For more than twenty years, I've helped professionals navigate career transitions, leadership challenges, burnout, difficult workplace dynamics, and the moments that shape both careers and lives.

I'm an ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC), currently working toward the Master Certified Coach (MCC) credential.

Before coaching full time, I built and ran a consulting business in Paris. Since then, I've coached hundreds of leaders, founders, physicians, engineers, HR professionals, entrepreneurs, and managers across industries and cultures, in both English and French.

One of my greatest strengths is my ability to quickly understand what's really happening beneath the surface. After coaching for more than two decades across so many organizations and industries, I've developed a deep understanding of how people experience work in very different contexts. I can often recognize the difference between a leadership skill that needs developing, a difficult organizational culture, a toxic manager, a crisis of confidence, or an old pattern that's limiting someone's options. That understanding doesn't tell me what you should do. It helps me ask better questions, bringing new awareness to the places where fresh perspectives and new choices can emerge.
